Prerequisites​

Similar thing: knowing how to carthweel

Jumping foundations: solid jumps. Controlled launch and landings

Coordination: to get the set up right, you gotta learn some dancing steps
What you should be able to do
Warm up
These body parts need to get ready

Upper body opening the front side of the body and contracting your back. Do superman lift ups.

Legs pulling your swing leg up in the back is intense. Warm up your hamstrings.

Energy warm up by doing the jumping foundation exercises.
Mistakes
Things to avoid
There are 5 main mistakes people do while trying to B-kick

wrong steps during set up

not circling the upper body first down and then up during the set up

Not turning far enough (looking behind you)

pulling leg in the front not up in the back

not finishing the circle in the end

If you correct these 5 common mistakes, I guarantee you take a major step towards performing a clean B-kick.
