The Mixed Retreat brings together like-minded people from different backgrounds who share one thing: the desire to become better physically, mentally and personally.
Expect mountain hikes, strength and mobility sessions, cold water, workshops, meaningful conversations and unforgettable moments surrounded by the Austrian Alps.
Whether you're coming alone or with a friend, you'll leave with new perspectives, genuine connections and memories that last far beyond the week itself.

Booking is EUR 1,750.00
including 6 nights accommodation at Das Alois Hotel (4* superior), Full board, Journal sessions, Business talks, Training sessions.
Additional costs incur through following activities (optional):

It was founded 30 years ago by Alois himself (92).

His children Helmut, Julia and Norbert expanded it.

Today its the grandkids: Benni, Maxi and Lisa – who run the Hotel with passion and love.
