Prerequisites​

Flexibility: forward fold (bending forward hands to toes).

Balance: performing a handstand would be great/ (Doesn't have to be perfect though).

Coordination: knowing how to cartwheel and touching your free foot while balancing on the other leg.
What you should be able to do
Warm up
These body parts need to get ready

Wrists (you will experience big amount of extension and pressure). Stretch and strengthen them.

Shoulders (you'll be upside down on one arm), warm up shoulders and your back.

Legs (you'll touch your toes with your hand) stretch your hamstrings and hips.

Energy (Freezing in a handstand requires comitment), make sure you are sweating and ready to go before you start.
